All Orders can be paid for via the webstore, by credit card, bank transfer, or by sending a cheque. Customers can also pay via paypal.

Orders will be dispatched with 1-3 working days. Via 1st class Royal Mail. Subject to availability. If you should require your item posted by courier, please email us for prices.

Please contact us if you have a querie with your order, on arrival please check your item carefully.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Full refund given or exchange. After this time returns will not be accepted.
Exchange
Exchange notes will not be issued, until item has been received back in our warehouse and has been signed off, and confirmed the return, The returned item must include all documentation including reference number and invoice details.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE.
All new orders are subject to a credit check and required to provide trade and bank references.
Orders are only processed after satisfactory references.
TERMS AND PAYMENT.
New Wholesale Orders By Invoice, Payment By Return.
Payable via credit card, bank transfer, cheque.
At all times retention of goods will remain the property of Chica Chick Ltd until payment has been received in full and cleared. Interest will be charged on all outstanding monies on any account over 30 days. Interest will be charged at the current rate. All legal costs incurred in recovery of outstanding monies will be passed to the Wholesale customer.
DELIVERY.
Ex-Warehouse within delivery dates specified unless alternative delivery has been approved. Any preference for separate carriage by carriers other than those approved by Chica Chick Ltd will be at the customers own risk and any extra costs will be passed onto the customer. Carriage and or postal will be charged on all orders of less than one thousand pounds GBP.
SHORTAGE AND NON-DELIVERY.
All Shortage or non delivered goods must be notified to Chica Chick Ltd within 2 working days of delivery. Responsibility for damaged or stolen items will be with the customer unless all reasonable effort has been made to both notify the carrier and Chica Chick Ltd. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all orders complete; we reserve the right to amend shipments where necessary.
RETURNS.
Chica Chick Ltd allows 7 days for customer inspection. After this period no returns will be accepted for any reason. Returns note must accompany all returns itemising all returns in style, colour, and size and quoting invoice number. Credit notes will only be issued after the warehouse has signed off return notes and confirmed returns.
CANCELLATION.
Chica Chick Ltd only accepts cancellations within 15 days after the original date of order. After that date cancellations will be charged at the following rate:

JURISDICTION
Any contract of sale and supply of goods is made and the understanding that any dispute relating to said sale and supply of goods will be within the jurisdiction of English Courts and be covered by the law of England and Scotland.
